You can find the 7.30 betas at the bottom of this thread. If you’re saavy you can enable “network debugging” in the shields developer settings and use adb connect [shield-ip] and adb install -r plex.apk to install the apk remotely over your lan. Otherwise there’s instructions here to link your google play account to the plex beta update channel. Hope this helps.
