Plex on Roku won’t play a video file that Roku on my LG TV has no problem playing

I have video files that lock at 33% when trying to play them using the Plex app on Roku. However, when I play them using the Plex app on my LG TV, it plays with no issues at all

I tried changing the video stream to a lower bit rate, no difference.

I tried changing the audio stream if one was available, no difference
