Hi,
As of early December, everything worked seamlessly on my Roku Premiere with the Plex app. I have my server on a Nvidia Shield with an external drive that has all my media saved on it. As of late, all of my movies will play and some of my TV shows. Some of my TV Shows will hang at 33% and then time out and give me the message of “unable to play back”. I am stumped because most of my other media files with the same containers/extensions/format play just fine. I have tried to change multiple setting multiple times but cannot figure this out. I searched and searched and couldn’t find an existing solution. Anyone, please help. I know am not the only one with this problem because 33% seems to be a popular number as far as the circle of death goes. Thanks to everyone in advance.
