I sub’d to plex pass but I unable to download - anything in the MOVIES/SHOWsS on Plex category…

You cannot download content from Plex’ video-on-demand service (Movies & TV on Plex).
IIRC this is due to licensing restrictions.
Ok, … I have no download option… but it’s enabled on another private server that I have access on the other end to download.
Is there no official support for this? As i said I have downloads enabled on the other end of a private server and I have plex pass 
Private servers allow downloads (if the server owner enabled it). The “Movies and Shows on Plex” from the developers of the app… do not.

You should be able to download videos from mobile Plex apps or the Plex for Mac/Windows desktop apps from your own server or another server if the server owner granted you permission to download.
