Been getting this message for a couple of days whenever I try to log into via https://app.plex.tv/desktop . Another topic was opened and marked resolved/fixed. But I have yet to see a fix. I’ve reinstalled Plex Server and can’t seem to get out of this loop, logging in, entering PIN, then blank screen…

Folks, The Plex.tv team fixed the individual accounts where this is happening and Identified it’s coming form Tidal. They are working on Tidal now If there are any more identical occurrences, Please ping me.

I’m out for the tonight… I’ll change the logging mode and recreate the issue tomorrow morning. Thanks!

@ChuckPa As far as I know, the only thing occurring on the server itself was attempting to browse the Tidal library. Does the Tidal piece actually do anything through the server component? Or is my client just communicating directly with the Tidal service? There is another thread going where lots …

I am here for only a few… I do not know Tidal. I know of account issues (show as my-plex in the logs). AFAIK, Plex/web is performing the work, not the server but am likely wrong as it’s brokered. You can attach your logs and I’ll look after the holiday

I’m having same issue, not able to reach my library on plex server running on Arch Linux . I’m subscribed to Tidal and plex pass as well. The Android App worked till today (maybe because of cached credentials) but won’t show Tidal content. Second Account without Tidal subscription works well.
