Plex Pass

I paid the fee so I could watch my personal PLEX content using mobile device. I was told that this service was not device sensitive. I purchased the service while on my IPhone and it works fine when using my phone. When I try to watch on my tablet it says I have to pay again. What’s up?

Did you buy a Plex Pass or just the iOS app activation. These are two different things. What does it say on your receipt from the app store?

The one-time activation fee isn’t device sensitive, but it is store-account sensitive. If your tablet is an iPad, the activation should carry over, assuming you’re using the same Apple account, but if it’s an Android tablet it won’t, since you’re using a different store account (Apple ID versus Google Play/Amazon Appstore/etc).
