Will you please reset my password for my Plex account of ---------------. I have tried to login many times and when I ask you to reset my password, I never get an email from you.
You cannot reset the password of an account which has been deleted.
I will file this account for restoration.
Ya, I deleted it after I did not get a reset notice and my Plex Media Server stopped working. I will give it a few days and see if I can set it up again, since the ----------------------- is one of my primary email addresses.

Please try the old password first.
If that doesn’t work, don’t delete the account.
Request a password reset instead, from the Sign In dialog here plex.tv
If the email doesn’t arrive within a few hours (make sure to check automatic filters and junk folders) then report back in here, please.
Thank you very much Otto, my login works great again.
Now if I can just get my Plex Server to work again in my QNAP NAS. Plex can’t seem to find my Qnap NAS, and I didn’t change anything in my network settings.
Do you have any suggestions?
