For weeks i’m searching and can’t find the answer. I have a DS920+ whit DSM 7.0. For some reason if 1 select a serie episode, plex player keeps loading, see a circle. If i stop the episode and press play again, the episode plays fine. This also happens when a serie plays fine, and stop it, and press play again, again plex player keeps loading. I can’t find that cousin the problem.

I read your earlier message about the is scanning activity. This is becourse i tried to reinstall PMS, but deleted the whole server. The strange thing, if the plex player keeps loading, and i look in the activety of Plex, there is non. but i’m now gonna try and report back if the issue happens again.
Edit: maybe is the problem that i login to plex via DDNS. I gonna do it now local
I now use PlexKodiConnect (PKC) plugin in kodi, and that seems be be working perfect. It is not ideal, but can’t find out what the problem is. If i’m not mistaken, this problem is sins the update to DSM7.0.
I tried to enable network logging in plex player, but i have no idea where to find the log in android tv.
When plex player is loading, i don’t see any activity on my synology PMS. I noticed today that on my Denon reciever, DD+ was visible, but no sound, becourse the video is not starting. If i press stop en start again, it works again.
I didn’t know if you mean that i let plex player loading for 3 minutes, or just wait 3 minutes. So i did both. I also tired to change plex player instead of beta to normal. So now i’m using version 8.23.1.28053. Thank you for the help.
I deleted that yesterday, after i enter it. and is no longer in use.
For some reason, plex player can’t play. For now i use kodiplexconnect, and that works flawless. Normal if plex player is working, i see it also in PMS. i have really no idea where to look for. But thank you for clarification.
