Hello,
i recently made this topic and still haven’t found a solution. I thought it was a server issue, but it is not.
If i start a serie or movie, than i see the circle spinning and that’s it. If i look in my Synology NAS, there is no actively. If i stop the player and start again, it plays again, but not all the time. Sometimes it will not play, so i start from the beginning the video again. This problems happens only if I’m using PMS home, i found out today.
I have a NVIDIA Shield TV Pro, and i took it whit me to a friend. i connected to my PMS server at home and everything is playing as it should be. So, something is going wrong, if i connect from local network. Used same device (tried 2 different ones, same problem), same configuration, i only started Plex player when i was by my friend house…
Edit: i enabled network logging, and reproduce the problem. I can send to a texstfile whith the whole log, but i see this error message. I have add the log from the moment, Plex player wouldn’t play. hope it is enough.
today i reinstall PMS and now my NAS is scanning for intro’s, i don’t know if it is visible in the log.
[MetricsSender] Error posting metrics. Response error code: 400
I assume this is the issue, becourse Plex player is still loading and the only thing i see is this message.
