Hello all … I have the latest version of the Plex player (at least I believe it is the latest = 1.35.1 — Media Server is: 1.24.4.5081). When I launch Plex, it opens to a white box and/or does not resolve to the player. I’ve seen older posts when doing a general Google search that suggested deleting the Plex folder in the appdata\local directory, and the first time I tried that it worked, but now it’s doing the same thing. I’ve also read articles about this with people using multiple monitors and moving the player to another monitor, but I am working on a laptop with no additional monitors. I am able to use the Web interface, but I would much prefer using the locally installed player. If anyone has any ideas/suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it. Oh, I am on the latest version of Win10 and while there was a recent update, it was working for 2 days after the last update.
