Plex Players Connect Error after Playing several songs

Hi,
Looking for some help for something that has bugged me for years and haven’t been able to solve. This question has been asked a few times and none of the answers have helped my situation. I have a decent music collection, but have also made the library as small as a few hundred songs and had the same issue. When playing music from any device TV or mobile I get after a few songs an error message “unable to connect to the content server”. If i hit play again it starts right back up. The android app crashes when this happens and needs to be launched again
There are no network errors and the NAS (QNAP TS-451 8GB RAM) plays everything else through plex with no issues. The TV and NAS are connected through a switch @1Gbps so should have no problem. All resources are not maxed out and not stressed at all.
I can use multiple other players to connect to the folder and play from the NAS with no issues at all so seems to be just a plex issue.

Are there any folder count or depth limitations, number of songs etc that need to be taken into consideration?

Has anyone had any luck resolving this, or seen similar issues themselves. Maybe it is an issue with the TV app, although can run UHD movies with no issues. I have a UA65JU7500WXXY 2015 model. Music seems to play well from android app and browser but not through the TV.
The TV can also play via native apps to QNAP music streaming without issues as well?

I was under the assumption by purchasing a Plex Pass there was tech support available? This has been on going issue and there is noone able to assist. Can someone in this forum point me to a support lead or someone who can address these issues?
