Hi guys, so I got some custom pre-rolls for my new Plex server, this is one of them (all kinds of Science fiction and superhero movies on my plex 
)
Any way to make them transition to the movie faster and shorten the lag time? Or am I the only one who faces lag time?

Unfortunately you cant. PLEX’s implementation of pre roll feature is very poor.

Okay, yeah I thought so. I’ll make do with a shorter one, like this one to compensate.
If I share my server, will people get annoyed by these in general, I mean the lag time? The intros are good, they make my plex unique (at least I think so 
)
I once had pre-rolls setup on my plex server but they never played for anyone but me. Do you have to have a PlexPass to even see them?
Pre-rolls only play, if trailers are enabled in the preferences of each respective plex client app.
As OttoKerner said. No need of PlexPass for anyone, either you or the client.
