Hi guys, so I got some custom pre-rolls for my new Plex server, this is one of them (all kinds of Science fiction and superhero movies on my plex :grin: ) Any way to make them transition to the movie faster and shorten the lag time? Or am I the only one who faces lag time? P.s. I got them from her…

Okay, yeah I thought so. I’ll make do with a shorter one, like this one to compensate.

If I share my server, will people get annoyed by these in general, I mean the lag time? The intros are good, they make my plex unique (at least I think so :crazy_face:)

I once had pre-rolls setup on my plex server but they never played for anyone but me. Do you have to have a PlexPass to even see them?

Pre-rolls only play, if trailers are enabled in the preferences of each respective plex client app.

As OttoKerner said. No need of PlexPass for anyone, either you or the client.

Unfortunately you cant. PLEX’s implementation of pre roll feature is very poor.
