Plex problem on my Vero 4K+

Example video here!
Yesterday, my Vero started to fuss so I reinstalled osmc.
After that when I have installed the plex there is no library for my user anymore. Have tried from a xbox one and it works but completely impossible through my Vero 4k. how should i start, o what can be wrong.
Have tried another user type my daughter’s profile and it works perfectly.

Version 1.15.1.710 Server on a unraid docker

are you using plex kodi connect or the actual application?
