Plex recording existing episodes even though Replace lower resolution items is unchecked

Plex is rerecording existing episodes even though I don’t have Replace lower resolution items checked. I have Plex configured to record all new and existing episodes.

This is happening on multiple shows but Hawaii Five-0 appears to be the biggest offender.

No one else is seeing (copy #) recordings in the DVR?
