My PLEX keeps telling me “Not available outside your network”
However, when I try to go to https://public_ip:32400/web/ (from a device outside of my network, even had a friend confirmed from another country) it loads just fine. So the ports are open and forwarding correctly…
I’ve disabled remote access, re-enabled remote access, changed the manual port to something else and changed it back. Nothing is getting it to connect. The advanced settings show the correct private and public IP’s and port numbers with an X between the public IP and the Internet. But again, from outside my network people CAN reach it just fine by using https://public_ip:32400/web/
I’ve rebooted and restarted services…no luck…
I should note that my public IP address changed today, though how that would affect PLEX’s ability to connect I have no idea…also the “Check for updates” button seems to be working fine…
