Plex remote access issues - cannot connect securely

Hi,

Unfortunately the same certificate issue has returned.

PMS version: 1.43.3.10896-cb3ebc72d
Platform: Debian Linux LXC

Current log:

CERT: Certificate did not exist, fetching a new one.
Certificate CSR request returned HTTP 429.

CERT: Error acquiring new certificate:
Failed to upload CSR: 429
API rate limit exceeded.

cert-v2.p12 is currently missing again.

The server itself is online and local HTTP access works.

Could you please check/reset the certificate/CSR state for this server again?

Hi, my QNAP Plex server is affected by the stuck certificate/CSR issue.

Remote Access reports fully accessible and external HTTP access on port
32400 works, but app.plex.tv cannot connect securely.

PMS retries every 20 minutes and consistently receives:

CERT: Certificate did not exist, fetching a new one.
HTTP 429 response from PUT /certificate/csr?reason=missing&invalidIn=0
CERT: Error acquiring new certificate: Failed to upload CSR: 429

Could a moderator please reset/revoke the stuck certificate state for this
server? I will perform one clean stop/start after you confirm the reset.

I am unsure if I am having the same issue but my remote access to both my servers stopped working, I was somehow able to get my laptops remote server working by reissuing the port forward for it, but my desktop is still unable to be remotely accessed, please help

I’m unable to connect to my server remotely. I typically use tailscale, but that doesn’t seem to be working anymore for me to access on cellular or other wifi networks.
