Plex Remote Access Stopped Working

@nurbles: install teamviewer on the server. . .its been a lifesaver for me. . i’m constantly having to fiddle w/ the stupid software when i’m miles away.

My Remote Access goes from green to red several times a day. I have to manually reconnect. I was able to set the servers IP as static, but I’m running into some difficulties getting my router to set the port forward. Has setting a Port Foward fixed this issue for all of you? If so I’ll keep trying.

I’m having aterrible time as well, where as it used to work just fine for ages - (months on end) but it NEVER is green in server settings even when others can connect to my plex server while offline. I wanted to use ombi with my plex server but it can’t ever connect to it either.

I’m just curious, for those with this problem, do you have 1) a static IP set and 2) port forwarding set?
