All in the screen s. On another devices Sasmung S20FE problem not exist. This same error on 2 diffrent Samsung QLED Tizen TV. TV is in this same LAN network with QNAP.

I researched the topic and problem is with subtitles. If I have subtitles in the film file eg. mkv all Samsung Smart TV give “payback error” or “connection timeout”. When I turn off subtitles on TV film work pefect. Please fix this bug on client/server Plex.
I try this on 3 Sasmung Smart TV and all have this same isue. On another platform subtitles work ok.
