Plex search and match not working

Hi - Wonder if anyone can assist.
Since updating to the latest Plex version, I my search does not find any results. Version 1.41.6.9685 was the last version to work.
Rolling back to this version finds results when I search for TV shows and Movies. Newer versions don’t.
Windows 10.

Your server logs should list what’s going wrong.
Probably an issue with the communication to Plex’s backend, either because sollte lookups are blocked (e.g. by firewalls, security tools…) or failure to resolve the domain (e.g. DNS not being able to provide the details for plex.tv or one of its subdomains).
Have you already tried a different DNS (e.g. Google‘s 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, or Cloudflare’s 1.1.1.1)?

Nothing has changes since the previous version of Plex.
Same DNS & same security tools

Do you want a copy of my server logs - if so, which file ?

Make sure debug logs are enabled in your server settings. Then try to manually match an item, wait ~1min and pull the logs. The info we’re looking for should be in Plex Media Server.log.
It’ll probably help if you also mention what title / file you were trying to match, to find the exact spot.

Rolled back a version
Disabled virus scan
Updated Plex to latest version
Did a library update
New items were matched
