Just added a couple of new TV series to my server, but the Plex agent gives a ‘No Match’ .
This happens whether I add the {TMD-xxx} tag to the name or not.
I have now tried also matching some previously matched series and again I am getting a ‘No Match’ when searching.
I am not aware of any changes to my system over the last few weeks. It has always worked perfectly before.
Any suggestions?

Same issue here, same server version but Docker container, only solution found was changing library agent to Plex Series Scanner. When doing that all not found content appears. Switching back to Plex TV Series seems to keep the new content.
That’s what I ended up doing, so all good now.
Hi, has there been any update on this? I’m running pretty much the same setup and have just encountered the same issue. I’ve changed the library agent to Plex Series Scanner and it does seem to keep the new content but doesn’t recognize external subtitles files. I’ve had to manually upload the subtitles. It’s a real pain.
I have also been having this issue.
When I do a server update, It will work at first…but within 24 hours it will fail to match anything.
