Plex serve claim wont work

hi i had a question has wondering when i try to claim the svere it keeps saying no and keeps saying in the logs error dowload url https://plex.tv/updater/products/5/check.xml?build=linux-aarch64&channel=16&distribution=debian&version=1.42.2.10156-f737b826c and i canr access anything on the server

This is usually DNS/config so we check them first.

Check the server machine’s DNS and Gateway IP addresses (modem/router outbound). Something it blocking getting out to the internet
