Plex server 40mb band limit for remote streaming on Apple TV

Need help ,I just moved my NAS asustor 5304t to a remote location when I try to stream my media from Apple TV 4K I get error ”Not enough bandwidth for direct play of this item. Required bandwidth is 157797kbps and only 40000kbps is available.”

I have 1Gbs band in both locations upload and download

I tried changing the settings on the server in remote streaming :internet upload speed set to 900 , band limit set to :original (no limit )

stil getting the same error message , anyone had this problem?

In the new location, is the LAN subnet different than it was?

Might you need to change

(Setttings - Server - Network (This is my setting)
