Hi - I set up a Plex server to access movies and shows saved on my desktop from my smart tvs and iphone. I’m like a 3/10 in computer savviness.
I got a monthly Flex Pass and set it up with no problem a few weeks ago. It worked fine, and then my iphone said there was a server update available. I tapped it, and I believe that is when it stopped working… or it might have been when my desktop auto-updated Windows right around the same time. After that, I could still see my computer and the folders on my TV and iphone, but it said “offline.” Then a couple days later, my computer name just disappeared from the TV and iphone.
Now, on my desktop, if I right click the Plex icon in the control center and select “Open Plex,” it tries to open a new link in my browser (the ‘domain’ is an IP address) but the page never loads.
Any guidance on how to fix? Thanks.
