Plex Server in Double NAT

I’ve had a server setup with a public IP behind a juniper firewall. I setup a Virtual IP to allow the default port 32400 through the firewall and map onto the server behind.
This worked a treat until some recent changes on our firewall.
Now the server is routed out on a public IP address but inbound traffic comes in on another, which means that when the Server does it’s Remote Access check from Private to Public, it fails as the public IP address is different. How can I resolve this problem of using a different IP address for inbound and outbound traffic on different IP address?
