So we have an unusual situation:
. the plex server on our main computer isn’t accessing the media files on the same computer:
. the Samsung smart tv, which is connected by cable, can’t access the medial files through the plex server
. yet we can access the media files through plex on the samsung phone through wi-fi only.
How do we fix this? We’ve never had this problem before.
