Plex Server latest version on Synologic DS418 OS DSM 7

Hello,
I’ve installed the latest DSM 7 on my Synology DS418 (ver 1.21)
it claims it is not the latest and I should upgrade. when I download the latest, it claims the format is not the correct one.
How can I download the latest version successfully ?

From what I remember the Plex Media Server for DSM 7 is still in preview stage — especially since Synology‘s release candidate for DSM 7 seems to have been breaking quite a lot of things compared to the earlier betas.
