I recently got a new computer and installed my Plex server on it, but when I download new files to my hard drive connected to the server, it doesn’t update at all. Even attempts to manually update the server haven’t worked. What should i do to fix it?
Looks like you added the Boondocks.. Try renaming the top folder to “The Boondocks (2015)”.
The filenames are a mess. You should read up on Naming and Organizing Your TV Shows
The file names aren’t my issue; it’s the server failing to add new files when it previously did.
Filenames aren’t helping but you also have a filesystem error which is killing the scanning

Ah, i see what you mean now. The hard drive containing the files my server pulled from is now in a different location than it previously was. How do I change it so that my server scans from the proper place?
I’m more of a Linux guy, not that great at windows. If you go into the plex web, can you go to TV Shows and cllick the three dots next to it and re-point it to the correct location of the drive with the tv shows?

To prevent this from happening again, you probably want to give your media hard drive a letter higher up in the alphabet. Which reduces the risk of being taken by a later-added hard drive or temporarily-plugged-in thumb drive. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/storage/disk-management/change-a-drive-letter
