Plex Server no longer starts after Shield update to 8.2

After my NVIDIA Shield was updated OS version 8.2, Plex Server no longer starts. I’ve tried starting it from the Plex Client, on the Shield, but nothing happens. I’ve also restarted the Shield, also without any change.

At this time, I cannot access the Server either from the Shield, nor from the web interface, and I have no access to logs.

Any suggestions about what I can try?

The latest Plex Server update (which I applied last night) fixed my issue
