PLEX Server not adding new content

I have been converting some of my DVDs to H265 files so that I can put my discs into storage. It seems that my server has stopped adding new content when it scans my movies or TV shows folders. I can see the file names in some of the logs. How do I go about getting help with this?

Those are the wrong logs. You’ll need to provide the scanner log when you first scanned the files. If you don’t have those anymore, you’ll need to Plex Dance the files in question and grab the logs then.

Plex Dance seems to have fixed it. Might want to put instructions for that up somewhere with a note about having moved the “Clean Bundles” to Settings -> Troubleshooting.
