since I updated from 1.13.4.5271 up to 1.15.1.710 the server is no longer online (plex web page) and the connection is refused on the local LAN using 192.168.1.xxx:32400/web.

My Ubuntu 18.04 says the same thing after updating, but when I test it off-network it works.
After reading through the forums, i found that removing the the shared folder (optional) removed an XML file that was corrupt. It seems to work for me, but now I am setting up PMS from scratch. will let you know how it goes
The logs attached above show PMS 1.13.4 trying to start.
Please confirm which version of PMS is actually installed ?
