Huh. I’ve never pinned anything.

The first time you used the app, you would have been shown a dialog to select a server and libraries to include on the sidebar. That would have been the same as manually pinning them.

Ah, so the server TV shows and movies been pinned all this time, until the new bug dropped them? That doesn’t explain why resetting to remove all customizations temporarily fixes it. I’m not pinning or selecting any server when I do that.

Now I get why resetting to remove customizations works. The customization isn’t what’s pinned. It is what is unpinned from the sidebar.
