Plex server not populating library?

Hi all,

I have been using plex from my PC for a year now, and decided to start using my Synology NAS as my Plex Media Server, however when I have created the libraries, it’s not detecting any of the media. Just says library empty. The folder paths on the NAS and in the library are correct. Do I need Plex Pass for my NAS library to populate or something?

I would check the permissions.
