Server Version#: 1.19.4.2935
So I have some people trying to connect to my server remotely one on a PS4 and the other on an LG tv. When they sign in and do what they need to it comes up saying my server is unreachable and unable to connect.
When they download the app on a tablet, no issues in logging in and playing content but when they try on their respective apps on the above then no dice.
I can log into and play my content on my PS4 with no issues.
I do not have port forwarding active as recently changed my router and I have no idea how to set it up. Firewall is with windows defender and not had an issue in the past.
Remote access on the settings shows red and say not reachable outside my network but I have proven this to be incorrect although there are times when people are not actually able to watch content.
Please help
