Add the TVDB or TMDB ID to the show folder (must use curly braces, { }). I haven’t tested it with TV shows, but with movies, the ID takes precedence over the file/folder name when matching.
Also perform the Plex Dance with both shows (remove both shows, then do the steps). That will clear out any bad matching information from the Plex database.
