Plex server not showing up under "more"

Ok, short update: I used my old DS214play Synology NAS and installed the DSM7.0.1-42218 to have the same conditions as a base. Then I installed the latest PMS version 1.25.0.5220 on the NAS and IT WORKS without an issue. With that I ruled out the DSM version and the PMS version as a root cause. As a next step I completely removed the PMS from my DS720+ NAS and installed a fresh PMS 1.25.0.5220 (same setting as on my Test system DS214play) but it still didn’t work.
That means there is something wrong in the settings of my Synology Network settings. Finally I changed the Synology DNS settings to the Google public DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and… EVRYTHING WORKS! It is strange that while my router has already this setting that I needed to change that on the Synology as well. Can’t believe that I solved it.
