Plex Server not starting up after updating on nVidia Shield

I have installed the latest Plex Server Beta on my nVidia Shield (pre 2019). Plex Server now does not start.

Usually, I’d fix this by
(1) deleting the TMP files in the Plugin-Support\Databases folder, and/or
(2) replacing the current DB in that same folder with a backup from a previous day

Since the nVidia Shield Experience increased the version of Android to 11, I am unable to delete/overwrite these files. I’ve tried various apps for deletion (including X-Plore) and tried various permission settings to no avail.

Do you have any suggestions?

So about 2 hours after this post it started working again, with no intervention (no restarts, etc).
