I noticed around the same time I updated to PMS 1.16.4.1469 I had a banner saying Go Premium. My Plex Pass is good for another 6 months. I haven’t gone through downgrading the version yet. I was told by Plex support to log out and back in. I haven’t touched my account on my server in some time but I went ahead and did so anyways. Both with my username and email address tied to my account just because. Before I go through and reinstalling and restoring a previous back up of my database, I was wondering if anyone has ever ran into this? Yes, after the first response back from support, they said to post in the forums if their suggestion didn’t work.
