Hello, I’ve run into this issue recently where all of my mobile / streaming devices show the server as being “offline”. This includes my Pixel 6, my Vizio Smart TV, and a FireTV device. However, the server is running media and showing up fine on both of my desktops (Windows 11 PC which is the host, and a Mac Studio m2).
I’ve restarted the server several times, checked for updates, turned off my firewall, whatever I can think to get it going. On my android, I’ve uninstalled / reinstalled the app, removed from authorized devices to reinstate. Alas, no progress at all on the status.
Weirdly, in my Authorized Devices list, I can see that all of these apps have connected recently, but they just can’t seem to read the server content.
Edit: I forgot to mention, I also tried logging into Plex from my Pixel in the desktop browser rather than the app. I still wasn’t able to connect, but the error was “You do not have access to this server”, which pointed to an article that walks the user through deleting / changing the registries.
Any help is appreciated.
