Plex server shows unavailable on other accounts

Player Version#: plex for LG 5.39.1

Im having an odd issue with the plex for lg app, in that when i login to a managed/guess user account it show that the media sever is offline/unavailable but when i login to my main account it shows the media server is online and available ??

Iv reset and uninstalled/reinstalled the app,

Try a different DNS on the LG TV. Like 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8.

Found in the LG network settings
