Server is Currently Unavailable

I can connect to my Plex server from my iPhone app, from the web, Apple TV, from hotel room, etc. Remote is “Fully accessible outside your network”.

With webos on my LG CX77, while signed into Plex, I get “Server is Currently Unavailable”. I’ve tried manual servers and security fallback settings. Nothing works.

Known issue? How do I fix this?

Same here, plex working on all devices (mobile, fire stick, web browser) except smart TV
