The LG Plex Media Server App shows that both servers connected to my account are unavailable

The LG Plex Media Server App shows that both servers connected to my account are unavailable.

I can access the servers from web & mobile app and play everything on them.
The rest of the users connected to the servers don’t have any problems.

There was no change in the app or update.
