Plex Server unreachable on NVIDIA Shield

Have you tried connecting via network? as in comment #2 in:

Hi! I updated to Oreo on my Nvidia Shield today and decided to move my database to Internal (User Accessible Storage Location). This appears to have been a huge mistake! It seemed fine at first. I was able to access my media okay when I first did it. But when I came back a few hours later, it looks like my PMS was renamed to “localhost” and everything is gone. It basically looks like Plex “lost” all my data and wants me to start from scratch. I still have 5 gigs of data associated to Plex…

After my shield resets, it sometimes switches back to localhost and doesn’t work until I rename it back to a normal server name.
