Plex Server Unreachable + website account log in error

Weird problem.

My desktop windows 11 PC cannot log into my account through the webpage and the server app says the Plex Server is unreachable.

I can log into my account on my phone using the same internet connection.

So far I have tried removing ExpressVPN, turning all anti-virus and firewalls off and repairing the Plex installation without any luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
