Plex server will not open on Mac M2

I can’t open the Plex server on my new Mac m2. I have tried reinstalling, I made sure my Mac is up to date. Just pops up on the menu bar and closes immediately. Any idea how to fix this?

I wrote a script a year ago for the Mac called delpms to completely remove it.
I was doing multiple installs a week for testing.
I haven’t tried it recently, but you can have a look at what I did In this post.
Things may have changed but there’s a Plex Support Article you can find.
