Plex Server Windows can't add any library

Hi , Since I installed Plex Server on my two PCs I cant’see any place where I could add my external devices (HDD USB). There is no way to display “Library” or media.
There is an orange button “Get plex media server” but when I click on it and download the software it’s actually the same I already installed.
Also, there’s no “server” button available in the software interface.

Could you please help me resolving these issues ?

Was Plex server already installed on these PCs before (even if it was years back)?
Then there might be some remants of the old installation left.

Is your ISP xfinity? Xfinity XFi Security

Or does your router perform ‘DNS rebinding protection’?

Does your default web browser have 3rd-party add-ins?
Try using a different browser (or disable all add-ins and use the ‘incognito/privacy’ mode) and load this address http://127.0.0.1:32400/web

Hi Otto , I uninstall completely Plex server and I choosed Firefox instead of the new Edge Chromium …and now Plex server is working fine .
