Plex shows no issues but can't connect outside the LAN

Player Version#: IOS and Android apps. (Haven’t been able to test the windows app since nobody i know uses it)

So this issue started today after updating (or maybe before updating? idk.)

The issue is as follows, anybody using the plex app for android or IOS is unable to connect either inside or outside the LAN. Browser connections (app.plex.tv) seem to be working fine (Using a VPN). PLEX shows it’s fully accessible and the server has been working fine for something like 8 years now. Any advice on how I can allow for people using the apps to connect to my server again would be greatly appreciated.

If any logs or anything is needed I’ll happily provide them.
