Plex shows the movies of one folder as folders instead of movies in their respective folder

Hi everybody, i have the following problem:
I recently added a new harddrive to my system and moved some existing folders from other drives to the new drive for space reasons.
I have a local media library with all my movies, consisting of the root-folders of my three drives like D:, E:, H:\
All movies are organized in subfolders on these drives.
No problem, except one Folder named “Vampires” shows up in the library but that folder appears empty in the browser-ui of plex and on my streaming devices. Instead, all movies that are located in this particular folder are shown in the root and counted as folders by plex server??
I tried cleaning the database, analyze files, updating media library, updating metadata and so on, nothing helps.
Weird thing is, that the metadata shows the correct location of every file.
Any ideas what else i could do?
Thanks, Maxx!

Preferably don’t point your library straight to a top-level drive letter (e.g. use a subfolder as library folder like D:\Movies\)

Thank you, was off for a while.
Well, what’s weird is that this works with all my other folders.
I have about 20 folders, some of them including subfolders some not, spread over three different harddrives.
Plex library is simply pointed to the roots of all three drives.
The drive where the problem-folder lies contains a total of four mediafolders, plex accepts all of them except the one mentioned!
