wow, i have never seen worse support. I actually came here to ask a question. and after I read 2,000 messages, and wasted 5 hours of my life, came up with nothing…
then I was so mad, my support requests got denied or “flagged”.
yea we are all feeling the same. community unheard. and ui still un-useable compared to the old version.
a new user that just got a roku tried the new plex app and told me the new ui is not good. so out of my curiosity they had a smart tv. loaded up plex on that. (its an old tv) so it had the old ui. and they then loved the plex system. that just goes to show the new ui to even new users is hated.
and yes i asked them to try both versions for a week. they reported back that they will only be useing the old version on the tv and not the roku device.
