Plex stopped playing DVD content on Chromecast

Hi all,

I have recently had a problem where all of a sudden all the content in my library that was copied from a DVD (typically 576p resolution) will no longer stream when I cast to any Google device in my home (Google home hubs, Chromecast 2 or Chromecast Ultra).

Plex is trying to transcode the file, but is unable to do so. I have my server installed in a Synology DS920 which works fine. So it is not hardware issue when trying to play a video.

When I begin to play a file from a DVD, I get about 20 seconds of audio, but no picture. All I get is a half black/half pixelated screenshot.

I have played around with all the settings to make sure the streaming content is set to maximum, but nothing fixes the problem.

Can anyone help?
